Quality and Improvement Committee - Historic
This is an historic Committee
The purpose of the Quality and Improvement Committee is to provide Orkney NHS Board with the assurance that robust clinical governance controls and management systems are in place and effective throughout NHS Orkney.
The remit of the Committee was reviewed and expanded to bring in membership and reporting in reaction to social work and social care services.
The Clinical and Care Governance Committee (expanded Quality and Improvement Committee) became operational from July 2016.
