The Scottish Ombudsman (SPSO) is the final stage for complaints about the National Health Service. If you are unhappy with the response you have received from NHS Orkney, you can contact them and they will consider a further independent investigation.
The SPSO issues monthly reports into complaints against NHS Orkney and can be inspected or obtained from the link below.
