New Hospital and Healthcare Facilities – May 2018 Update

Good progress continues to be made as the project enters the final full year of the construction phase. Externally the rendering to the main building is very nearly finished with just a section at the front door to complete. The stone cladding is also progressing towards the front entrance. The roofing works are complete along with the installation of photovoltaic (solar panels). The stonework wall to New Scapa Road has been completed.

Significant progress is also being made internally with the installation of walls, the formation of rooms and the installation of doors.

Work on the Energy Centre is continuing and further work on a number of external support buildings is underway.
