Melanie Barnes

Prior to joining Team Orkney, Melanie was Assistant Director of Finance for the Scottish Ambulance Service primarily leading on major projects, capital planning and costing. She has extensive experience of leading strategic planning, financial management and implementation of improvement projects. She has over 20 years of experience within the NHS working across a number of NHS Boards.
