Team Orkney Awards 2025
Our Team Orkney Awards are back
We’ve launched our Team Orkney Awards to recognise and celebrate the vital work, commitment and dedication of health and care staff in our community.
The awards, now in their second year, will once again recognise and thank individuals and teams who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional care to our patients, keep our services running and work hard to improve our services as a whole. They will also recognise those who consistently live our values of open and honest, respect and kindness.
Voting for these awards will be predominantly for NHS Orkney staff, however, we are once again launching our People's Choice Award where we invite you, our community, to vote for any member of staff or team across NHS Orkney who made a difference to you or your family and friends.
Voting will close on Sunday 16 February, a full list of nominees will be published on 21 February and our 2025 shortlist will be announced 5 March.
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 28 March.
The Awards are once again possible thanks to support from the Orkney Health Board Endowment Funds. The Orkney Health Board Endowment Funds are a registered Scottish charity (SCO16919) whose purpose is the advancement of health in Orkney, by bringing enhanced services to patients and staff in the local hospital and in the community.
